WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST VISIT TO Watford Dental IN Watford
Your first visit is all about you – your comfort, your happiness, and your health.
During your first visit, we will:
- Review your dental and medical history forms
- Take X-rays of your teeth and mouth
- Doctor performs exam
- Clean and polish your teeth, checking your teeth and gums for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis
After your checkup and teeth cleaning are complete, the doctor will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions that you may have.
My initial visit for unknown pain revealed a cavity in my wisdom tooth. We agreed it should be extracted. I’m writing this a week later within hours of the extraction. I felt relaxed and well informed throughout the procedure. Every step as to what was happening was explained and my comfort throughout was important to them. I feel great and I was given a number to call, night or day, if I have any concerns as I heal. It was peace of mind from diagnosis to right now… My biggest discomfort is waiting 24hrs till solid food 🙂
